So upon bringing that to their attention and asking for help a customer service agent actually has the audacity to say and I quote “man [censored] you”… I would be lying if I said that I have encountered a worse situation dealing with customer service and dealing with a problem that they should be fixing but I rather cussing at me ( a paying customer) for reasons unbeknownst to me I have attached a picture of the email offer they were sent to me that I tried to redeem and I will attach the photos of the conversation between me and the customer service agent
